Article 6

Divisions of the Standing Military Court.

Standing Military Court shall sit as :-

The

(a) one or mor General Military Courts, and

A

(b) such number of Summary Military Courts,

Class I and Class II, as the Deputy Director

may determine.

Article 7

Constitution of General Military Courts. A General

Military Court shall consist of:-

(a) for the trial of any offence the President

or a Vice-President of the Standing Military

Court, and two other members thereof, nominated

for the purpose by the Deputy Director, and

(b) for any other business in such court

the President of the Standing Military Court,

or such Vice-President or member thereof as

the said President may from time to time

designate for the purpose, sitting along.

Article 8

Constitution of Summary Military Courts, Class

A Summary Military Court, Class I, shall

consist of a member of the Standing Military Court

authorised by the Director of Civil Affairs to hold

a Summary Military Court, Class I, sitting alone.

Article 9

Constitution of Summary Military Courts, Class II.

Shall

A Summary Military Court, Class II,^consists of

a member of the Standing Military Court authorised

by the Director of Civil Affairs to hold a Summary

Military Court, Class II, sitting alone.

Article 10

Proceedings to be Public. All proceedings of the

Standing Military Court shall be held in open court;
